 Cara Sussman, M.Ed, PCC , NCC is a Nationally Certified Professional Clinical Counselor specializing in individual, couples and family therapy and maintains a private practice in Bexley, Ohio.
My experience includes outpatient mental health counseling, home based therapy, family therapy, case management and advocacy. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges that integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
My education and training as a community counselor has allowed me to gain the confidence and ability to connect with each individual to build an effective therapeutic relationship. I include my clients in treatment planning and goals setting, and believe that listening to my clients in a sensitive matter teaches me how to best assist my client’s to succeed in meeting their individual goals.
