Sessions

 

Sessions take place at Conscious Connections Counseling Services in Bexley, Ohio, which is located at 466 N. Cassady Avenue, Bexley, OH 43209

 

During an Initial Intake Session, questions will be asked to gather background information in order to better understand your reasons for seeking therapy. During this we will set goals for your therapy, and how you will work toward accomplishing these.

 

The length and frequency of sessions may be tailored, depending upon the nature of your concerns, the urgency of your situation, and your personal goals. You will always determine the exact structure of your therapy with collaborative input from Cara based on her understanding of your current situation.
